Can I Use My Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to Purchase Eroxon®?

On March 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law, with inclusions mandating updates on the use of health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health reimbursement accounts (HRAs). The passage of the CARES Act by Congress includes provisions to restore OTC eligibility under tax-preferred HSA and FSA accounts. Your plan details may vary , so make sure you have your receipts and check with your benefits or health provider for eligibility.
